We are looking for a call center agent. A call center agent will be in a sales generation role taking applications for mortgage leads. The best agents are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills

• Proven call center experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month this is a commission position
