Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job title:           Customer Service Representative (Spanish English)

Location:          Irving, TX

Duration:          06 Months (Contract to Hire)

Requirement:

1. Fluent in Spanish Language (communication level)

2. Comfotable in night shift (shift hours given below)

3. Experience in Customer service is huge plus but not mendatory

Additional Bonus (other than Hourly pay):

• $500 – On completing 6 months on the project
• $1000 – On completing 12 months on the project
• $1250 – On completing 18 months on the project
• $1500 – On completing 24 months on the project

 Shift Hours:

Hours – Positions available on Front Half and Back Half teams.

Front Half Team – Night Shift

• 6:30 PM – 7 AM (Sunday – Tuesday)
• 6:30 PM – 1 AM or 12:30 AM – 7 AM (Alternate between first half and second half on Wednesdays)

Back Half Team – Night Shift

• 6:30 PM – 7 AM (Thursday – Saturday)
• 6:30 PM – 1 AM or 12:30 AM – 7 AM (Alternate between first half and second half on Wednesdays)
