Responsibilities:

·       Contact vendors

·       Create and maintain special orders

·       Shipping and receiving

·       Inventory audits

·       Labeling and handling inventory

Required experience

·       Previous experience in customer service

·       Previous experience in the diamond/jewelry industry is preferred

·       Strong time management skills

·       Ability to stay focused under pressure

·       Multitasker with high attention to details and good organizational skills

·       Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
