We are looking for talented individuals responsible for representing the best companies and brands in the world while building their customer loyalty and growing their business.Key Job Responsibilities Receive inbound calls regarding customer service or billing inquiries for cable, internet, or home phone packages on behalf of some of the best companies in the world High level of customer satisfaction and confidence with all interactions Accurate, efficient resolutions to customer issues, resulting in first call resolution Accurate note documentation for all customer interactions.

Support that generates a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required to understand a few markets and competitive offerings.

Fully accountable for up selling.

Answer potential customer questions about products/services Provide excellent customer experience Meet daily and monthly performance goalsJob Requirements High school diploma or GED required Ability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers Work in a collaborative environment with a team of professional customer service associates and managers in a call center Must be flexible to work additional hours when necessary, based on workload and volume Promotes/fosters a positive work environment Receptive to coaching and ongoing performance feedback Exhibit a passion for excellence in customer service 1 year of call center experience preferred 1 year of customer service experience preferredWere A Culture That Is committed to building a workplace where every employee is welcomed and given the support and resources to build and advance their careers.
