Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring an Associate III, in the customer service team, at our Newport Labs facility in Worthington, MN. Newport Labs supports livestock producers and helps protect national protein supply by manufacturing custom-made, vaccines, mainly for swine and cattle. In this position, the incumbent ensures customer satisfaction through timely, efficient and accurate service and supports Regulatory Affairs department in the processing of post approval regulatory documents and assists department in various regulatory activities.
