Job Description The Applications Support Internship will begin in September and end in December 2021.
What You’ll Do & Learn As an Applications Support Intern, you will be part of an agile team and will serve as technical support of primary third-party software applications.
You’ll work directly with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that software related issues are solved effectively and efficiently.
In addition, you will be responsible for: Participating in initial performance testing of all new third party applications and functionality of current systems Supporting the overall design of cross-function, multi-platform product solutions Analyzing documents, files, reports and current processes to determine appropriate technical design Creating programs by utilizing appropriate programming languages Employment Type Internship Qualifications We are currently looking for highly driven students pursing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math or related field with excellent communication skills.
Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of data processing.
In addition, we are looking for: At least Junior Senior standing, recent graduates may be considered Cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher Ability to work outside standard business hours if/when requests are pending Ability to develop strong rapport with the user community 06022021
