Application Support Administrator

Description Position Summary This position is responsible for maintaining the Zendesk customer support portal for new products by handling all issues and inquiries. This position requires a background with e-commerce and cryptocurrency. Routine IT Functions bull Oversees all customer support requests via Zendesk Help Desk. bull Process all customer product returns and replacement through e-commerce. bull Acts as the liaison between internal departments and external e-commerce and payment services. bull Provides reports as needed to senior leadership team and developers to track product issues. bull Maintain the product knowledgebase on Zendesk to keep all solutions current. bull Develops new workflows on Zendesk as required. Requirements Required Skills and Competencies bull Minimum 2 years of industry experience. bull Bachelor Degree preferred. bull Experience with e-commerce, cryptocurrency, or Zendesk required. bull High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications. bull High level of mobile device and development literacy (e.g. iOS, Android, and java). bull Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. bull Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work. bull Excellent time management skills. bull Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work load bull Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative. bull Excellent problem solving skills.
