Apple/Mac Support Technician

Requisition Number 82002 Position Overview As our Desktop Support Specialist, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting a large technology company. Leveraging your strong IT support skills, you will apply your technical abilities and provide excellent customer service while being surrounded by smart and motivated colleagues. What you will do at Insight Support teammates in person and remotely Install, Configure and Troubleshoot end user Software and Hardware issues (Windows, Android, iOS and Mac OS X) Break Fix Work Track fixed assets and inventory Educate and set up new teammates’ hardwaresoftware What you’ll need to join Insight 3 to 5 years desktop support experience operating in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of Windows OS, Apple iOS and MacOS required. Strong experience with PC hardware Strong experience with Windows 10 Knowledge and experience with Mac OS iOS and Android support experience EnterpriseCorporate environment work experience Experience supporting C-Level Executive Leadership Required Current ACMT (Apple Certified Macintosh Technician) or Willing to get cert within first 6 months A+ Certification Strong working knowledge of the MacOS and many of the basic applications enterprise users utilize most such as Adobe Strong Knowledge of Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to discuss technical issues with individuals of various knowledge and abilities PreferredWould be nice MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) in Azure, Office365 or modern desktop Additional technical certifications Knowledge or usage of a ticketing system such as ServiceNow SCCM administration knowledgeexperience Office365 administration knowledgeexperience The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
