We are seeking a talented and outgoing Call Center, junior sales rep to join our real estate acquisitions team in Philadelphia PA.
We invest heavily in training and multi-channel marketing and are committed to providing the absolute best training so that you can not only get paid a base salary but also be able to earn bonuses & commissions as well Theposition is to follow up and convert those quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs.
Once you get the lead warmed up is when you will pass it on to a Senior Sales Manager to close the deal.
This is a sales role, so if you are not comfortable with sales, this is not for you.
You don’t have to know anything about real estate at all.
We will train you on everything you need to be successful.
Integrity is a non-negotiable A positive attitude and call center & customer service experience is a strong plus If you have sales experience and you are a very likable person who can talk to anyone, that is a bigger plus.
If you have a history of selling directly to consumers, car sales, insurance, timeshares, door knockers, etc.
is a huge advantage but not necessary.
We will provide the leads and system to help ensure your success – you must bring a great attitude and follow-up skills.
Salary Bonuses Commissions Must be able to work 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday – Friday Responsibilities
· Contact warm provided (already contacted) leads and qualify the seller’s property to sell through our systems
· Be able to evaluate homes (We teach you how to do this, no experience necessary)
· Successfully overcome objections
· All training and scripts are provided but must already have the foundation of a good attitude and ability to connect well and talk to people over the phone.

· Fast-paced Compensation Base pay is $1600 a month PLUS Bonuses Commissions.
The average candidate will make 40-60k a year to start, however, there is a great upside to grow into an Acquisitions Manager and make 100-200k a year.
Our goal is to get you there within the first 3 to 6 months.
