Zenith Design + Build: Construction Superintendent

Do you want to work with the fastest growing home builder and remodeler in Des Moines?Zenith Design + Build is hiring for a full-time Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will work on our residential remodeling and new construction projects on quality control, coordinating subcontractors, and punch out/miscellaneous construction tasks. The Construction Superintendent will help manage 5-10 jobs at a time. An important part of this position is building and maintaining solid relationships with our subcontractors and communicating effectively with them. This person will report progress on each job to the Project Manager, working closely with them to make goals for the project, and to exceed customer expectations. This role is a hands-on, on-site type of position, but does require attending occasional office meetings with the Project Manager and Owner. The right candidate should have thorough knowledge of construction and problem solving skills pertaining to home renovation.
