We are currently looking for Reach Truck and Order Picker/Cherry Picker operators to join our dynamic team at Volvo! Additional Info: -This is a temp to perm position (6 months) -$0.50/hr attendance bonus for every hour worked -Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed -Shift flexibility is required -Shift Info: 2nd shift only (2pm – 10:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the picking and completion of Dealer orders in a safe and timely manner

• Responsible for the put-away of inbound material according to prescribed procedures while meeting benchmarks set by management and the company

• Responsible for carrying out all responsibilities in a manner which is not only safe to the individual, but also safe to the environment he/she is working in

• Ensure all orders are completed with quality as a constant objective while working towards zero errors

• Communicate any irregularities to designated Supervisors or Managers

• Responsible for adhering to all work rules and rules of conduct set by management and the company

• Adhere to established punctuality and attendance standards

• Regularly meet multiple deadlines while handling emergency requests in a timely manner

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

Skills

• Reach Truck (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Order Picker (1 year of experience is preferred)
