Warehouse Associate – Forklift Driver

Coordinate delivery schedule
– work with vendors and trucking companies for delivery time set up Answer incoming calls and following up on calls/email with vendors in regard to various issues Answering dock doors and coordinating drivers to correct areas/person Assist in loading and unloading of truck, physically receiving products, printing labels, and storing of product Generate Move Order for Food production, pull ingredients for Move order; weigh and reconcile product post production and physically put way and true up in Oracle.

Complete daily paperwork Keep log book, trip reports, vehicle inspections up to date Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned FIFO Inventory issues Keying of month end tasks File Warehouse transactions/paperwork and PO receipts QUALIFICATIONS: High School Degree Forklift Certified Previous warehouse experience preferred SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-7pm, Additional hours may be required during peak seasons.

Complexity: Previous experience in a warehouse environment and 1-2 years driving experience.

Must be forklift certified.

May be required to complete and pass a drug screen.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.

Computer experience required.

Working Conditions: All of the time will be spent in a warehouse environment, warehouse office, freezer or in a vehicle transporting goods.

This can be a very cold working environment.

Physical Demands: While performing duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle control, and to talk or hear.

The associate is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

The associate is frequently required to bend and twist.

The associate may be required to lift over 50lbs frequently.

Safety/ Hazards: This position requires the ability to understand and follow policy and procedures of safety rules and regulations.
