Experience:
10 + in Commercial preconstruction & Estimating experience
Experience as commercial general contractor.
3-5 years of similar role preferred.
Education
Bachelor degree in construction or related field.
Responsibilities
More competent with industry technologies.
Responsible for overall project budget, planning, value management, lifecycle cost analysis, scheduling and phasing support.
Work with President and Executive Management to develop KPI’s.
Measures and maximizes ROI.
Maintain healthy relationship with new and existing clients.
Proficient in using Sage 300 or similar software for estimating.
Participate in contract negotiations.
Be responsible for executive review and approves all projects estimates and bids.
