Job Description Spherion Staffing is looking for Experienced Turret Operators to begin work for our Replenishment Department in Plainfield, IN.
Shift and Pay Rate: 3rd: Sun-Thurs 10:30pm 6:30am $20.50/HR IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE These positions are located at Neovia/Whirlpool (formerly RYDER/Whirlpool).
STARTING IMMEDIATELY Conveniently located in the Plainfield Industrial Park behind the Airport Responsibilities: Able to count and pick orders accurately and quickly.
Pick from designated waves and deliver to designated areas Operate material handling equipment in the selection of finished/unfinished goods for customer order shipments.
Transfer finished goods to designated packing location using conveyor rollers or material equipment.
Perform assigned task within the Mezzanine.
Operate radio frequency devices either hand held or attached to material handling equipment in the selection and storing of material goods.
Perform pre, during and after operator maintenance checks on assigned material handling equipment.
Assist light assembly operators in their functional area.
Perform and support all job requirements as directed by the Team Lead, Supervisor and/or Manager in a safe and accident free manner.
Skills: Must have Turret Forklift Experience at least 6-12 months of experience in the last 18 months Qualifications: Must be able to submit to background check and Drug Testing Must have a good work ethic as well as adhere to the Client’s attendance policy Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
