New York City based mechanical contractor is seeking candidates for a senior estimator position.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in both HVAC and General Contracting estimating.
Candidates must possess a solid understanding of mechanical systems and the construction industry with knowledge of the bidding process from presentation to close, negotiating buy-outs, and leveling subcontractors & vendors.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work with team and/or independently.
Field experience a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
