Job Description:

Cornerstone Renovation Group LLC is seeking a full-time Restoration Project Coordinator to join our Tri-State team in Newport, DE.

Providing the highest level of customer service is the single most important aspect of our business.

Our team members play an integral role in our organization and are incredible multi-taskers who are extremely professional and energetic.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for project coordination working with Estimators and Project Managers to manage multiple construction projects at various phases.

We are looking for a detail-oriented employee to help the production team manage renovation/restoration projects.

This is a full-time salary position devoted to providing excellent customer service on behalf of our company to customers and preferred insurance carriers by assisting in strict management renovation/restoration projects with proper planning, organizing, and supervising.

Skills and Experience:

-Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field

-Must be computer literate with proficiency in, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other general computer software.

– Experience working with Project Management Software and other software programs

– Insurance program experience with Alacrity not required but consider a plus

-Must also have a functional understanding of handheld smart devices and an aptitude for learning new technology and all applicable software as determined.

-Detail-oriented and able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

-Ability to process emails and handle tasks timely, accurately, and professionally.

-Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

-Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.

-Positive attitude and sense of urgency

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties Include:

-Provides administrative support for our project managers and estimators who are out in the field.

Act as a liaison among project managers, estimators, clients, and subcontractors.

– Set up, track, and update projects in UNIS(our project management system) with project managers on a daily and weekly basis.

-Obtain accurate and concise details regarding the loss; following all intake compliance standards.

– Manage electronic files through G-Drive for accuracy of required documents on each project (i.e., contracts, AR Invoices, AP Invoices, etc.).

-Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project manager, sales estimator.

-Submit and Process AR/AP request for local office.

-Tracks multiple construction projects simultaneously.

– Responsible for gathering documents for new subcontractors and following up with existing subcontractors for non
– compliance.

-Completes assigned duties correctly, on time and as directed.

-Adheres to company policies and procedures.

-Utilizes advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills using MS Office, and other software packages as needed.

-Communicate with property owners to obtain paperwork, work authorizations, and certificates of completion.

– Other duties may be assigned as company needs dictated by manager.
