Residential Carpenter

Established team is looking to add skilled residential in-house carpenters to help us deliver luxury single family & multifamily projects at the highest quality. We’re looking for carpenters and punch-out mechanics who wish to grow with the firm and to join a team of people who genuinely enjoy working with each other and will support you to excel in your specialties. This position offers year round, full time work with the opportunity to advance. With exciting upcoming projects, a strong partnership with property managers, and commitment to our builder’s warranty, candidates who are interested in building a long term future will be well positioned to succeed.
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor and commitment to quality
- Proficient in drywall repairs
- Proficient in painting
- Light plumbing and electrical
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction or maintenance experience
- Carpentry including replacing doors and windows or adjusting doors and hardware installation
