Proven Partners Group is hiring full time Machine Operators to set up, maintain and operate packagingmachinery.

This opportunity is perfect for the individual who likes working with their hands, setting upand adjusting packaging equipment to run smoothly and efficiently.

A great Machine Operator isreliable and able to work with attention to detail while upholding our safety standards.

Fast paced onthe job training will require a willingness to learn and to work closely with other team members.In this role you would:
· Set up packaging machines to start a production run
· Control and adjust machine settings based on performance
· Fix minor mechanical issue that occur
· Check package quality to prevent any machine-related mistakes or flaws
· Keep records of packaging material use
· Maintain performance and downtime activity logs
· Perform cleaning, inspection and preventative maintenance tasks as required
· Maintain a clean and safe work areaRequirements:
· Minimum of 1-year experience operating packaging equipment machinery
· Proficiency with hand tools
· Adherence to health and safety regulations
· Analytic skills
· Basic industrial math
· Attention to detail
· Teamwork and communication skills
· Available to work weekends if neededWhat we Offer:
· Rate of Pay: $11.75 $15.00/hour
