Property Masters: Residential Construction Project Manager

Immediate opening for a residential Construction Project Manager in the Atlanta/North GA areas.

This position is responsible for estimating and managing residential renovation and remodeling projects.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare detailed accurate estimates for material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, construction facilities, etc.Develop a qualified pool of suppliers and subcontractors to bid jobs.

Foster relationships with sameAttend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits, as neededDevelop and review subcontractor scopes of work.
