Our client an excellent commercial construction company in the Lehigh Valley area is actively in search of a commercial project manager with ground up project experience for a full-time permanent staff position.    

Commercial construction experience is required for consideration.    Individuals will have several years of strong commercial construction experience; Commercial office buildings, Academic/Institutional, Healthcare, Corporate Headquarters, Higher Education, etc.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years or more of commercial construction experience
• Relevant work/ project experience
• Experience running multiple projects of varying size and scope at a given time
• Excellent communication skills with subcontractors
• Experience creating & executing scope of work and schedules
• Salary is open dependent experience
• College Degree a plus, NOT required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or relevant degree)
• Projects are based in the local Northeastern PA area.
