Project & Construction Coordinator
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Project & Construction Coordinator for a contract position in Livermore, CA. Opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Assist the Operation manager and Project manager in managing the installation of equipment at customer sites, ensuring a professional, timely and cost-effective installation process
- Assist the Operation manager and Project manager in Oversee of employees and subcontractors
- Assist the Operation manager and Project manager in managing projects (and processes) to ensure consistent project delivery
- Assist the Operation manager and Project manager in maintaining project paperwork including contracts, revisions, estimates, work drawings and specifications
- Assist the Operation manager and Project manager in Interface with both internal and external customers and employees to schedule and manage the project from pre-construction through completion
- Assist the Operation manager and Project manager in promoting the overall installation capabilities of products.
