Production Worker/Assembler (1pm – 9pm)

Responsibilities of the manufacturing Production Worker:
Coiling wire by using the payoff machine to measure different lengths per work order.
Labeling and boxing products.
Operation of shrink wrap machine.
Potential use of terminating station, assembling ends with customer specific terminals.
Use of welding clamps and putting ends on the wires.

Maintains records and submits paperwork .
Requirements of the manufacturing Production Worker:
Ability to take skills test for basic math, reading, and perception.
Pass drug screen and background check.
Have integrity and do the right thing.
Curious – “how can we do this better?”.

Active
– ability walk, stand, lift 40+ pounds.

Anything over 40 pounds is a team lift.
Desire to learn – cross training for advancement onto more complex machines/other positions.

Skill based pay is offered for learning up to 2 additional machines.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds continuously.
Preferred previous warehouse experience.
