The Production Machine Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the fillers, packers, labelers and/or palletizers. It is the responsibility of the Machine Operator to ensure that a quality product is produced while at the same time keeping the machines running and ensuring that minimum downtime is experienced. We are committed to providing the necessary tools, training and leadership support to foster a culture of strong performance, accountability and quality teamwork and innovation.

Job Requirements:
Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written (English is used in Standard Operating Procedures)
Be familiar with all safety rules and be able to work safely
Be able to read and follow instructions
Be able to do basic math calculations accurately
Be able to prioritize and make a quick decision.
Be able to complete any required paperwork accurately
Maintain good attendance
Work weekends and overtime as required
Possess a high energy level
Be self-directed and work with minimal supervision
Ability to routinely lift/maneuver 40lbs
Experience inputting results into a computer system
HACCP and GMP knowledge a plus!
