Production Assembler Virtual Hiring Event

General Responsibilities:An Assembler will work as part of a team to assemble different variations of electronic display systems (scoreboards, video displays, roadside).

Learn and practice Lean Manufacturing methodology.Leverage written and verbal guidance to:Perform the modular and technical construction of displays.

Interpret work instructions and technical drawings.

Safely operate hand tools.Successfully work in a team environment.Learn Daktronics products, systems, and processes and produce product in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.Have the ability to work overtime as scheduled and/or flexibility to work in other departments when needed.Follow company policies and procedures.Wear all proper protective equipment as required in work area in accordance with Daktronics Safety Policy and OSHA standards.

Required items are safety glasses and safety shoes/boots.

Some areas may require hearing protection and electrostatic discharge wear.Complete other duties as assigned to meet customer needs.
