Press Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking Press Machine Operators for temp to hire opportunities in the Greater Waterbury area. These roles offer plenty of room for growth.

Primary Duties:

• Set up and operate machines

• Inspect and measure workpieces, checking for quality and accuracy using rulers, templates, or other measuring instruments.

• Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions

• Start machines and turn handwheels or valves to engage feeding, cooling, and lubricating mechanisms

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing role preferred
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, timely attendance

Hours/Shifts:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
