Job Description:
We are seeking a Precision Assembler to join our second shift team. This position is responsible for assembly, inspection and troubleshooting of various types of pump assemblies. Candidates should possess industrial assembly and/or mechanical repair experience.

Requirements
• Assemble complex assemblies and sub-assemblies from an itemized Bill of Materials
• Assemble parts that have interference fits through use of heating and cooling the mating parts
• Measure and record sizes and clearances to within .001
• Has a good working knowledge of inspection, assembly and testing equipment that is used for the pump assembly
• Complete hydro-testing of pump casings and components
• Hand dress castings and large components to remove slag and imperfections
• Balance rotors and impellers on between bearing balancing equipment
• Other duties may be required
