Plant Manager – Concrete Supply of Illinois – Construction Experience Preferred

Concrete Supply of Illinois is looking to hire an experienced Plant Manager for our Troy, IL location. Ideal candidates will have experience in the construction industry and/or materials and production. This is a working manager role, expect to get your hands dirty.

Responsibilities include:

Management of the plant operations and employees.
Dispatching and scheduling loads to maximize profitability and guarantee customer satisfaction
Scheduling employees start times, and planning their daily assignments
Order and maintain an inventory of all bulk commodities and other materials needed for production.
Oversee maintenance
Build and maintain a customer base
Good communication skills/ Customer Service
Strong Skill base with technology including, Office, Excel, Dispatching and Batching Systems.

Requirements:

Experience in leading, directing, communicating is preferred.
