Will be calculating heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of the terrain.Prepare and layout construction stakingProvide construction staking calculations for field crews.work with owner supplied survey points to Establish Construction control hubsOrganize, schedule and field crews ground topography, boundary, scanning, and construction.Complete as built surveys and generate red line drawings for client turn over packages.Complete infield volume take offs for monthly progress billingPerform quality control checks for conventional and GPS construction staking and surveys including post-processing.Communicate with owners, architects, engineers and general contractors regarding project plans.Maintains a good working knowledge of survey procedures and quality control.QUALIFICATIONS-Minimum of 5 years’ experienceProfessional Land Surveyor registration a plusExperience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic mapping skillsExperience with Autodesk survey databasesKnowledge of interpreting design plansKnowledge of field staking proceduresExperience with Total Stations & GPS systemsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a plusKnowledge and experience in the principals and practice of land surveyingWilling and able to travel between jobsites/states as requiredWorking 50-60 hours a week, Benefits offered, Per DiemJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $30-$33
