Responsibilities and Duties

• Demo-Pick/ Drop off debris
• Cleanup/ Final light job cleanup ( dust, wipe down furniture, sweep, vacuum, etc.)
• Possible material pick up/ Drop off
• General labor
• Painting
• Patching
• Any Carpentry related work

Required Work Experience And Requirements

• Carpenter:
• Install trim and Rough framing. Able to install windows and doors including crown molding, cabinets, and shelving. a plus if able to hang drywall
• Must have prior experience and skilled or minimum of 2 yrs.
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Be on time and reliable is a must
• Work well with others
• Depending on skill rate starting 15 to 22.50 an hr.
• Drywall-er *Bonus / Painters:
• Must Be able to cut and roll walls.
• Paint trim and doors.
• Clean tools after use.
• Must be able to spray ceiling.
• Hang tape drywall no more than 60 sheets.
• Install corner bead.
• Must have prior experience and skilled or minimum of 4 yrs.
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Be on time and reliable is a must
• Work well with others
• Depending on skill rate starting- 15 to 25 an hr.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Commission

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour

• Carpentry, painting/ drywall: 4 years (Required)
