We currently do renovations for the giants of the apartment industry in locations around the nation including Arizona, Washington, Colorado, Oregon, California, Utah, and Minnesota.

This is the opportunity to be a part of a successful team that provides Capital Construction Project Services to National Corporations.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:General knowledge of multifamily renovationsHave working knowledge of general construction processes and methods including power tools, equipment and of various construction materials; general carpentry, painting, tape and texture, wall and baseboard preparation and sheetrock patchingHave working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods including general plumbing processes and methods and basic electricalHave working knowledge of measuring and installing cabinet doors, various flooring and appliancesHave a crew ready to go is a plusAbility to walk over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces, to climb stairs or ladders to heights more than 8-9 feetAbility to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking, requires mobility and flexibility to work in confined spaces, ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 75 pounds and assist others with objects weighing moreAPPLICANTS MUST HAVE:Willingness to learn and adapt to our companies’ policies, procedures, and techniquesMust be reliable, dependable, dedicated, hard worker, independent self-starter and motivator; work well on a team andindividually with the ability to lead and teach others; must have a great attitude, strong work ethics, and good customer service skillsMust possess time management, scheduling, and organizational skills; strong attention to details, excellent follow-through and able to communicate clearly; basic common sense; excellent problem-solving skills; can calmly assess any situation, evaluate all the options, and choose a reliable solutionAbility to juggle multiple tasks, projects and changing priorities; appreciated when you don’t cut cornersPossess a valid driver’s license, car insurance & reliable transportation, (truck is preferred/needed)Provide personal tools of the trade; have all proper insurance and endorsementsCOMPENSATION:Piece work is paid a fixed price for each unit produced, action performed, or job regardless of timeIf you interested in an opportunity with this company, then please respond to this ad with your resumeJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Construction: 3 years (Preferred)Multifamily renovation: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Contractor license (Preferred)Work Location:Multiple locationsWork Remotely:No
