Molder Machine Operator – Temp to Hire – 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

Job Description SUMMARY : Entry level position responsible for producing rubber parts by operating a Molding machine. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operate compression and/or injection molding machines. Run jobs per work instructions. Inspect finished parts and verify manufacturing specifications are met. Record counts of accepted and rejected parts. Complete work order paperwork as required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required. S KILLS AND ABILITIES : Self-Starter – able to work with minimal supervision. Reliable and punctual. Detail orientated. Ability to read, understand and follow written work instructions. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Basic computer skills – able to input data into time clock system. Environmental Conditions: The majority of the time would be spent in the facility areas will be moderate temperatures. However, temperatures will get hot and times where the temperatures will be cold depending on the time of year. Able to lift, push and pull objects up to 40 pounds frequently. Physical Capabilities: Required to stand for long periods of time up to 10 hours, walk, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
