The Meal Assembly Team Member’s Goals

A Meal Assembly Team Member is responsible for plating food items/ingredients in accordance to our best in class plating guides. This is a critical role in making sure every customer finds our products appealing and consistent.

All our meals are fresh non-frozen meals, which requires assembly in a refrigerated room (25*F-30*F).

Our work schedules include working weekends, 40 hours per week paid weekly via direct deposit. We provide the uniform at no cost to employees.

Daily Tasks include and are not limited to the following:

Ensures all ingredients are put onto meal container with proper placement per plating guide

Ensures correct portions are plated in accordance with the Ideal Nutrition plate guides

Ensures ingredients plated are as fresh as possible

Ensures all safety and sanitation practices are upheld with a no compromise standard.

Must be able to be trained on proper use of scales and portion scoops

Requirements:

U.S. citizen or right to work in U.S.

Willing and able to pass a background investigation & drug screen

Must maintain personal hygiene in accordance with Ideal Nutrition standards

Extremely Passionate about work produced

The highest attention to detail

Ability to read, understand and carry out tasks

Ability to take understand and use verbal/written direction

Physical Requirements: Standing up to 10 hours, lifting up to 35 lbs., work in cold environment, reaching, pulling, repetitive use of hands

Pay: $12.50 – $14.00 per hour
