Description Advantage Technical is recruiting
– 3rd Machine Plating Operators for a TOP technical company in Nashua, NH.

Pay differential for 3 rd shift.

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITY $18-22 per hour plus OT Pay differential 3 rd Shifts Contract to perm (based on performance) QUALIFICATIONS: Develop, Etch, Strip, Bond printed circuit boards Knowledge of the chemicals utilized in the DESB department and the safety precautions to follow 2 years PCB experience a plus Prior DES experience preferred Follow all short sheets, standard operating procedures, and company regulations Work safely to prevent injuries and follow all safety regulations knowledge of the DESB line May be required to cross train in other departments This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.

Must have excellent verbal communication skills and ability/flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work with limited supervision Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to work standing for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

safely High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and follow all short sheets/customer documents Basic Computer experience
– Microsoft Office-Outlook/Word/Excel Experience in other areas a plus.
