Job Description Machine Operator Ayer, MA $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience and shift All Shifts Available Entry to Mid-Level Direct Hire Positions Our Client is very employee-centric with tremendous room for growth Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Retirement plan Paid time off The Machine Operator Position: Operate Robot production line ensuring the line is running at optimal efficiency Ensure robot production line is operating according to centerline values and verbal or written instructions Complete all operational paperwork as required Provide training to team members as required Ensure that all company processes & procedures and safety requirements are followed when operating robot production line Able to effectively communicate verbally, electronically and written with management and team in a professional manner Must have sufficient computer skills and be comfortable operating computer to properly navigate Robot machine functions Must be forklift certified or be able to become certified Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor OTHER QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES of the Machine Operator : Proficient using PC Good communication and people skills Ability to speak, read and write English to understand and perform job assignments.
