Machine Operator II – Day Shift

Medline is maintaining essential operations in Georgia during the COVID-19 health crisis to ensure the nation’s healthcare providers can continue to work.

We are currently hiring and if selected for an open position, you will begin working immediately upon completion of our pre-employment process.

JOB SUMMARY: Operate production equipment according to instructions to ensure proper operations and product output.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the operations of machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctions.

Inspect product output for quality and accuracy and resolve as detected Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and minor machine maintenance such as cleaning debris from machine, performing product and instrument checks, and complete equipment repairs and part replacement.

Respond to machinery breakdowns and/or material upsets and restore machine to working condition minimizing downtime.

Review material availability with necessary teams and assist in securing materials to support and meet production schedule.

Make sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area.

Work with a sense of urgency in a high-speed environment n n Job Requirements: nRequired qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/ high speed converting environment
