Ultimate Staffing in Nashua, NH has an immediate opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing client in Milford, NH.  Great work environment in a convenient location!!!
Basic job Duties:
Load and unload parts into CNC machine.
Visual inspection of completed parts coming off of the machine looking for imperfections and surface finish variations.
Performing “in process checks’ on parts to verify conformance to the blue print.
Ability to read blue prints / understanding of GD&T.
Ability to use measuring equipment such as micrometers, vernier calipers, height gage, pin gages, go/nogo gages, micro scopes ext.
Reading and comprehending work instructions.
Ability to record punch in and punch out times, as well as recording completed work part counts in our ERP system.
Familiar with a Fanuc CNC controller.
Experience:
2 years CNC machine operator.
Moderate level computer skills.
Excellent communication skills and working with the manufacturing team.
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of Lean and 5S principals.
Understanding and utilization of continuous improvement practices.
