We provide masks, gloves, keep Social distancing, daily Covid screening and temperature checks. Job duties include : General labor tasks including lifting, positioning and packaging finished goods, loading, stacking, and general clean up as required. Setting up and operating our roll forming machines and ensuring that all products are manufactured according to specifications Perform tooling changeovers, cut-off insert changeovers where required Reading and interpreting work orders and special set-up drawings, adjust machine settings to complete tasks safely, accurately and in a timely fashion Job Requirements: At least 1 year of manufacturing experience; steel industry/roll forming experience highly desired Commitment to safety Initiative, dedication, and reliability and reporting to work on time necessary Must be able to work in a loud industrial environment, outdoor weather conditions (company provides rain/winter gear), and wear all required personal protective equipment (Company paid protective shoes after 6 months) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and regularly pull, bend, reach and climb.
