Machine Operator Assistant

Responsibilities*3 months industrial experieince *Highly adaptable to various duties *Able and willing to perform and sustain productivity goals (set up times, down time, MSF produced, etc.) *Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance. *Provide daily feeback to supervisor regarding all aspects of shift/machine activity. Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees, supervisors, managers, etc. *Be able to interpret and understand factory master. *Must have basic computer skils (data entry, etc) and be able to perform basic arithmetic including additions, subtractions, multiplications and division. *Must have ability to learn and understand machine line up. *Must have ability to interpret a variety of instructions given in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. *Must have ability to understand and accurately utilize KIWI *Stopping, walking, bending, twisting, standing, sweeping, hand motion, wrist motion, body rotation, counting and reading tape measure The essential functions of this role include: •working in a smoke free environment •wearing steel toe shoes •working in a non-temperature controlled environment •manual lifting up to 50lbs •standing for 10 hours at one time •working up to 18 hrs of overtime per week •working weekends Skills •Math and Calculation •Press Operation •Carrying Education•High School (required) Qualifications •Years of experience: 1 year •Experience level:Experienced Shift: First Working hours: 7 AM – 5 PM Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
