Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America.

Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers.

To meet the demand for our products, we provide our Machine Operators with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ.

fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

Job Duties:

Primary Duties:
Read and comprehend blueprint on work piece.
Read, interpret and understand assembly documentation.
Read, interpret and understand work orders and schematics.
Recognize discrepant materials and request replacements in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Make setups and adjustments to assure proper alignment of parts.
Lift, position and secure work piece as needed to turn or balance.
Make manual adjustments by grinding or drilling.
Check and inspect work for conformity to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
Assemble mechanical equipment using hand, power and pneumatic tools.
Perform work in a safe efficient manner within established procedures and guidelines.
Use design and layouts for operating low pressure machines as well as materials per the specifications.
Use design and layouts for operating high pressure machines as well as materials per the specifications.
Maximize yields during job and minimizing scrap all the time.
Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements: Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Related experience
