Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for opportunities in Southington, CT. In this role you will be responsible for the set up, operation, and general maintenance of production machines.

Primary Duties:

• Operate and tend Manufacturing equipment

• Check quality of parts utilizing proper testing equipment

• Make minor adjustment to machine as needed

• Complete required daily documentation

• Maintain all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing.

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet customer demand.

• Ability to perform quality checks on parts utilizing the proper instruments

• Ability to lift, pull, or push equipment requiring up to 25-50 lbs. of force.
