Adecco is assisting our client in Austin, Texas area in fulfilling a Machine Operator position in the card reader department. This position would be onsite daily.
This position is responsible for day to day card and reader programing, light maintenance of machinery and equipment, and any other procedures deemed necessary to ensure operational KPIs are achieved.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Works collaboratively with peers and internal customers
Setup and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines
Conduct manual production operations as required
Perform daily 5s and PM of equipment and surrounding areas as required
Verify BOMs, programming requirements, product types, artwork and markings
Contributes to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance
Proactively logs and escalates potential issues in order to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and operational inefficiencies
Experience Needed:
Familiarity within MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel is preferred
Ability to work independently and as well as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities while being organized.
Willingness and ability to learn new concepts and techniques
Must be able to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to work sitting down and/or standing up for extended periods of time.
Requires activities involving being around moving machinery.

1 st shift – 6:30AM – 2:30PM
2 nd Shift – 3:00PM – 11:00PM
3 rd Shift – 7AM – 7PM (Friday – Sunday)
