Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Machine Operators in the Lebanon, NH area. These are long term, temp to hire opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shifts offering paid breaks in an upbeat, team-centric environment.

Job Requirements:

What you’ll do in a typical day:

• Perform manufacturing processes (e.g. machining, assembly, packaging, etc) in compliance with work documentation
• Maintain the quality of machined consumables, producing product in a just-in-time (JIT) environment
• Enhance machinery performances to prevent machine downtime
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to manufacture the highest priority parts to meet customer demands
• Document and communicate manufacturing process actions and irregularities to maintain continuity between shifts and decrease machine downtime

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow and process instructions
• Basic math understanding (we will work with you and provide coaching!)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel)

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
