Machine Operator

A Neenah Company is searching for a Machine Operator who will have core responsibilities in setting up and operating a Rewinder Machine, learn how to fix and thread machine along with repackaging.

Will train on first shift (will need to work 7a
– 3:30p, 5a
– 3:30p and 3:30a
– 3:30p).

Once trained will be asked to work 2nd shift (3:30p
– 11:30p, 3:30p
– 1:30a, and 3:30p
– 3:30a).

What we look for in Rewinder Operators:
Work efficiently and effectively Ability to lift 50 pounds Dependable 1 year previous manufacturing experience Ability to read a ruler and do basic math Ability to problem solve and take initiative
