Machine Operator

Our client is seeking to add new Machine Operators to the company! They are a fast-growing company that also offers a multitude of support to their employees.

Your main focus will be to operate machinery within the production environment to produce quality products according to work orders and customer requirements.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Optimize equipment performance to meet and exceed standards
• Work on heavy machinery and equipment as assigned.
• Read blueprints accurately.
• Handle material efficiently and safely.
• Other duties as assigned 

The shifts available will are 3:30 PM to 2 AM Monday – Thursday with Fridays for overtime if workload permits.

Job Requirements:

Physical Demands 

• Lift up to 50 lbs. at waist level and up to 30 lbs. at shoulder level up to an occasional basis when moving products; lift up to 75 lbs. at waist level on a rare basis
• Display average coordination with both hands up to a continuous basis while performing job tasks
• Stand up to a continuous basis and walk up to a frequent basis during the course of each shift

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications:  outlook, excel, CAD, Solid Works
• 6+ Months of recent experience
• Strong communication skills required.
• Must follow all safety rules supported by the facility.
