Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Job Location: Rockledge, FL Hydro employees can enjoy several benefits including: * Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance * Retirement Savings Plans with Company Match/Contributions Starting Rate of pay: $14.00/HR – $18.00/HR depending on experience Shifts Available and Hours: 3rd shifts 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Bonus: Discretionary Performance Related Pay (PRP), bonus plan with a maximum opportunity of $1,800.00 annually Job Responsibilities: * Perform duties to set up and operate equipment within production goals and standard set up times. * Ensure specifications are met by changing and set prescribed tooling to suit tubing size and set arc and pressure, making continued adjustments to meet material variations * Change and adjust blades as required. * Use jib crane or overhead crane to position coil on pay off. * Select and prepare packaging materials. Pre-make boxes and stock bins with filler, pre-cut paper, prep tote/pallet etc. * Check work at prescribed intervals and record data on check sheets. Education and Experience Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Previous manufacturing experience a plus * Frequently lifts or moves up to 25 pounds and occasional lifts or moves up to 50 pounds.
