Responsibilities

• Operate Production machinery and equipment daily

• Always keep safety first while using all equipment

• Count, stage, label, and store portioned ingredients and/or packaging materials in proper areas

• Fill out and turn in all machinery paperwork daily with correct data

• Report output data to supervisors at allotted times

• Follow good manufacturing practices at all times while operating equipment

• Conduct the cleaning and sanitization of all machinery regularly

• Execute thorough inspections of all machinery regularly

• Follow all machine related SOPs and best practices at all times

• Intermediate knowledge of Production based machine equipment

• Conduct appropriate machine audits daily at start/end of shifts

• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot Production equipment when issues arise. Escalate large issues to

• Machine Lead when needed

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to be coached and take daily direction from Lead

• Ability to work in a team oriented environment

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working weekends
