Multiple Machine Operator positions in Extrusion, Press and Slitting for 2nd and 3rd shift.

No rotating shifts – 8 hour shifts plus overtime.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Extrusion = Set-up and operate extruders, laminators and coaters.

Press = Set-up and operate flexographic printing presses .

Slitting = Set-up and operate slitting machines to cut rolls of stock to specifications and wind or rewind.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

6 months – 1 year prior experience working as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.

Good computer skills, Must have the ability to work in a team-based environment, assist others when needed and lead by example while focusing on safety, quality and productivity.

Must believe in promoting a positive culture within the facility focused on pride, ownership and accountability

Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Required to stand, sit, squat, bend, walk, lift (as noted above) and climb frequently throughout the day on a daily basis

100% of working hours are spent in a manufacturing production environment with the majority of that time spent standing, walking and moving around the machine to operator manufacturing equipment.
