The company was later purchased by different owners and since 1997 has been operated as a family owned business. All manufacturing, shipping and related work is done from the company’s Kearneysville, West Virginia location. Customers include large and small retailers, as well as gun clubs and specialty shops located in the U.S and Canada.

Loading Machine Operator Job Description
This position is responsible for producing a quality product efficiently and safely. Make minor adjustments of equipment due to variations in components. Inspection of components to ensure correct type and size are being used to coincide with load data. Quality Inspection of finished cartridges prior to packaging. Packaging of loaded cartridges and preparing necessary paperwork and daily counts to include components used in daily production. Ability to produce, package, and label at a high rate of speed. There will be Repetitive motion during the shift packing inner boxes into shipping cartons. Bending, stretching and some lifting are essential. Moving cases weighing up to 27 pounds from roller track to pallets when necessary. Looking for a team player who takes pride in the product and works efficiently. This position is available as either part-time or full-time.
Minimum Qualifications – You must have a high school diploma or GED and previous experience working high-speed equipment as a Machine Operator in a filling or packaging environment.
