Wage: Hourly at $28-$34
Performance Bonus: $4,000-$7,000 bonus paid throughout the year based on performance.

General Responsibilities
Safely drive a company vehicle
Ensure a safe and professional jobsite culture
Lead a weekly safety meeting with your team, and ensure all safety precautions are being followed on the job
Leadership of a Remodeling Project
Communicate schedule & progress updates clearly and completely with the project manager during the project
Post daily logs for the project in the BuilderTrend software
Plan and set up work in front of your team, so that they are focused and busy with well planned work
Communicate well with Subcontractors ensuring they are on the schedule, and know any key updates at all times
Review material ordered for the project to ensure advanced availability
Review the drawings, understanding them well, and alerting the design team when there is ambiguity
Perform quality workmanship and check quality of work for your team
Successfully complete the First Day Checklist items
Successfully complete the Substantial Completion Checklist

to clients and your team
Client Experience
Lead a portion of the Pre-Construction Meeting building rapport with the client
Ensure the client’s space is neat and tidy at the end of each day
Design, set up and monitor excellent dust protection, to protect the clients space & belongings
Communicate at least weekly with the client a plan looking at least 1 week backwards and 1 week forwards
Consistently check in with the client to ensure satisfaction and solicit feedback on your teams performance during the project
Reporting
Attend and participate in the Project Debrief, brining relevant feedback for the team
Review the weekly Hours Efficiency Report, taking action to ensure that hours are used or justified efficiently
Technical Skills Required
Tile installation
Finish carpentry
Rough carpentry
Drywall finishing
Painting
Windows & door installation
Flooring installation
Roofing & siding installation
Any and all other necessary skills to fully complete a residential remodel of any size
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform multiple tasks at construction sites that require extensive physical labor, including lifting, climbing, bending, digging, and operating hand and power tools for 8-10 hours a day.
Able to lift 60lbs repeatedly.
