Inside Sales – Roofing / Construction

Job Description RRCA is looking for experienced roofing professionals to man an inside sales role. This position is located in Everman Texas and will be responsible for Calling warm leads and providing completed offers for Roof Replacement based on existing pricing guidelines in distant areas impacted by storms. The job will entail contacting prospects in Storm Areas and walking them through the RRCA sales protocol. This position will report to the Director of Call Center Operations. Support for this position will include RRCA ead operations and the Estimate and Supplement Department. The target compensation for this Commissioned position is $8000-$10,000 per month. A lucrative draw system will be available as the sales person reaches certain milestones in the sales process which include Contingency Agreement Signature and Contract Signature. The final payment associated with a given sale will be when that sale is paid in full by the customer. The target weekly compensation is between $1400 and $2400.
